Kick It Up Cardio


Sick of running for what seems like forever?

Fight off the cardio boredom, and switch things up. This workout is designed for a tread mill, but you can do this fat blasting cardio workout on a track or trail, as well.
Jog at medium intensity (you can still carry on a conversation) for 10 minutes.

Next, perform 30 second sprints with 30 seconds of rest (stop or walk). Repeat this 10 times for 10 minutes.
Lastly, perform the final 10 minutes with the incline up (hills or stairs work just as well!) and walk it out.
Don't forget to stretch when you're done!
