Planks are known as a great over all body conditioning exercise - you get to strengthen your core, arms, shoulders, butt and legs all in one move! 

Use this chart below as a guide for some different variations you can complete using your own body weight!

Challenge yourself to master each movement - by either holding the position for time, 
or practicing 10-20 reps of each.
