  1. I'm not familiar with all the Reps, in the lost a pant size exercise:

    - Single Leg Kickbacks
    - Pile Squat
    - Calf Raises
    - Split Lunges
    - Butt Kickers

    If you can describe them or post some pictures of them it would be great to follow.
